Here's a project I worked on with Naman Julka-Anderson from podcast www.radchat.co.uk. Naman is leading internationally recognised research for equity in skin care assessment for people who experience skin changes following radiotherapy. His tireless work over the past few years has positively impacted millions of people of colour across the world.
The brief here was to produce a suit of images to be used as resources for the medical community and patients a-like to offer a clearer picture on how cancer affects the skin for people of all colours, not just white. As my first foray into medical illustration, there was a lot to learn, with prescision and clarity being paramount.
