Here's a film I produced around Christmas 2024 with Long Eaton/nottingham based charities Blue Tonic and Nottingham Can. The shoot took place at Trent lock, Sawley on the Erewash canal and River Trent.
The project is centred around mens mental health and provides weekday activities for men in the local area. Focused around water, walking, and the outdoors, the group also runs a choir. using the serenity of space around water as a resource for mental wellbeing.
The shoot took place in December 2024 challenging and freezing conditions. I particularly happy with how the photography came out in the project. some difficulties were encountered over the location sounds in the intro, but some Foley work in post helped overcome this. The choir audio was all captured on location, with some enhancements to the mix later.
